The Fit'n Fifty 12 Days of Christmas

Ahhhh Christmas such bliss and fun, but it can be a time when all of our good intentions fly out the window. So this year instead of using your usual advent calendar why not try this one. A bit of fun.

If you are a beginner just do it exactly as it is listed. If you are more fit then why not try and do the whole thing every day and maybe add an extra set every 4 days so you are doing 3 sets of the 12 by Christmas Day. 

Guaranteed to make you feel like you have earned a little piece of Christmas Cheer.

On the first Day of Christmas my true bod said to me get out and do 1 minute of high knees

On the second day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 2 basketball jumps and get out and do 1 minute of high knees

On the third day of Christmas my true bod said to me 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do 1 minute of high knees

On the fourth day of Christmas my true bod said to me 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do 1 minute of high knees.

On the fifth day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 5 Overhead French Presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the sixth day of Christmas my true bod said to me 6 tricep dips, 5 Overhead French Presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the seventh day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 7 slow squats, 6 triceps’ dips, 5 Overhead French Presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 walking lunges, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the eighth day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 8 Reverse lunges, 7 slow squats, 6 triceps’ dips, 5 Overhead French Presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the ninth day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 9 Walking lunges, 8 Reverse lunges, 7 slow squats, 6 triceps’ dips, 5 Overhead French presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the tenth day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 10 slow sit ups, 9 Walking lunges, 8 Reverse lunges, 7 slow squats, 6 tricep dips, 5 Overhead French presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 11 double leg lifts, 10 slow sit ups, 9 Walking lunges, 8 Reverse lunges, 7 slow squats, 6 tricep dips, 5 Overhead French presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.

On the twelfth day of Christmas my true bod said to me do 12 twisted sit ups, 11 double leg lifts, 10 slow sit ups, 9 walking lunges, 8 Reverse lunges, 7 slow squats, 6 tricep dips, 5 Overhead French presses, 4 bicep curls, 3 sumo bounces, 2 basketball jumps and get out and do a minute of high knees.
